Maize is one of Cameroon’s most widely grown cereals. The Adamawa, North, West and North-West regions produce the largest surpluses available for trade.
We buy dried shelled maize, clean it and check moisture before bagging. Aflatoxin testing is carried out against the limits of your destination market.

Packing and shipment
Packing
50 kg polypropylene bags. Other bag sizes on request.
Container loading
Approx. 25 MT per 20ft container, subject to the carrier’s weight limit.
Ports and Incoterms
Loaded at the Port of Douala or the Port of Kribi. Quoted FOB, CFR or CIF to your destination port.
Shipping documents
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, weight and quality certificate, fumigation certificate, aflatoxin test report.

Where is maize grown in Cameroon?
The main maize surplus regions are Adamawa, North, West and North-West. Southern regions have two harvests a year; the northern regions have one.
Is aflatoxin tested before export?
Yes. Maize lots are tested for aflatoxin against the limits of the buyer’s destination market before shipment.
Can I order white maize instead of yellow?
Yes. We supply both yellow and white maize, kept as separate lots.
What is the typical moisture of export maize?
Export maize is dried to 13.5% moisture or below to protect it during storage and ocean transit.
