You arrangeThe lot is assembled, tested, bagged, marked and inspected. Fumigation is carried out where required.
We prepareCargo is loaded at Douala or Kribi and the shipping documents are released according to the payment terms.

Where our responsibility ends and yours begins.
FOB Douala or Kribi
We deliver the cargo on board the vessel at the Cameroon port. You book and pay for ocean freight and insurance. Suits buyers with their own freight contracts.
CFR destination port
We book and pay ocean freight to your port. Risk passes to you once the cargo is on board in Cameroon, so you arrange insurance.
CIF destination port
As CFR, plus we arrange minimum cargo insurance. Often preferred for first shipments and by buyers without a freight forwarder.

The standard set for a commodity shipment from Cameroon.
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of origin
- Weight and quality certificate from the agreed inspection company
- Fumigation certificate, where required
- ONCC export quality certificate, for cocoa and coffee
- Laboratory reports such as aflatoxin or residue analysis, where agreed

Send an inquiry with the commodity, quantity and destination port. We reply with availability and an offer, send a sample, sign a sales contract, then prepare, inspect and ship the lot.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Douala or Kribi, CFR to your destination port, or CIF to your destination port.
What payment terms are accepted?
Payment terms are agreed per contract. Letters of credit and documentary collection are common for first shipments.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, weight and quality certificate and fumigation certificate, plus commodity-specific certificates.
